Returns Policy & Cancellations.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please refer to the below document as it contains useful information about our returns and cancellation policy.

Please read the below to ensure you understand our returns and cancellation policy. This document applies if you purchased a product from us either online, or by phone and you would like to return it.


- If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we can offer to exchange or refund it as long as:

If it is within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery: 

  • In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back regardless of you having opened the goods to inspect them.

  • You notify us of your wish to cancel within the above time frames and you have retained your proof of purchase.

  • The goods are in 'as new' condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • You can unpack and inspect the goods, however in order to obtain a full refund, you must have not used them, installed them or modified the products in anyway.

If it is over 14 calendar days from the day of delivery:

  • The product is in its original unopened and sealed packaging.

  • You return it back to us within 21 days of the delivery date.

  • You have retained proof of purchase.

How do I return my product?

  • Phone: Call us on 01244 563 493 with your order number and delivery details.

  • Showroom: You can also return your product back to our showroom. Please bring your proof of purchase and the card you paid with.

Please note:
When returning opened products to us, you should do so without delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us you wish to return. The cost of retuning goods is your responsibility.

Once we have received your returned goods, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product plus any delivery charge paid.

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods, if the loss is deemed to be as a result of unnecessary handling by you. Restocking fee can be charged at up to 20% depending on the resaleable condition.

Refunds may take up to 3-10 working days to be credited back to your payment card. 

- If the product you have received is faulty:

If it is within 7 working days from the day of delivery:

As the first port of call, contact our Technical Team on 01244 563 493. Depending on the product, they may be able to take you through a solution over the phone. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone:

If the fault occurs within 28 days from the day of delivery, we will offer you either an exchange or refund.

- Custom Made Goods
In accordance with the regulations, where an item is being made to the customer’s own specification it will not be possible to cancel the item, either pre or post-delivery. Customers should therefore ensure that their chosen specification is suitable prior to placing an order.
